Eat a metre of dessert in Dubai

Atlantis restaurant serves up a huge selection of sweets

Knowledge story, The Knowledge

Sweet-toothed fine-dining enthusiasts will be utterly spoilt by a visit to STAY by Yannick Alléno, since this patisserie is one of the restaurant’s primary USPs. Diners are lead up to the ‘Dessert Library’ where they can see head patisserie chef Marie Wucher at work, putting the final touches to desserts on the menu. After being treated to a few pre-dessert palate teasers of truffles and confectionary, guests are talked through the display of desserts and can then choose to order individual desserts, or a selection of eight, set on a metre-long glass dessert board, or a half metre of four desserts.
