Tickets for the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships will go on sale on Tuesday January 14 at 9am from Time Out Tickets.

With six of the world’s top ten women, and five of the top ten men, signed up to compete, tickets for the two week event will be in hot demand – in previous years tickets for the final rounds have sold out in minutes.

The event takes place at Dubai Duty Free Tennis Stadium from Monday February 17 to Saturday March 1.

While the full list of male players is yet to be announced, a press release from the tournament promises competitors of ‘the calibre of Novak Djokovic, Roger Federer and Juan Martin del Potro’.

Meanwhile the women star players have already been announced, with Petra Kvitova up against former champions Agnieszka Radwanska and Caroline Wozniacki.

Colm McLoughlin, executive vice shairman of Dubai Duty Free, said: ‘Over the years we have seen the tournament grow and the now regular line up of the very best in the world is testament to the stature and popularity of this event.

‘We are again welcoming a stellar line up of the top men and women and expect that tickets will sell out fast so we encourage all tennis fans to snap them up as soon as they can.’

Tickets for the opening rounds start at Dhs75, rising to Dhs500 for the finals.
