DIFC Japanese stalwart takes top honour at Time Out Dubai’s annual awards bash

Ever-popular Japanese joint Zuma has been named the best restaurant in the Dubai.

The chic DIFC took the top honour at Time Out Dubai’s ninth annual Restaurant Awards, after also winning the Best Japanese earlier in the evening.

A total of 22 restaurants picked up gongs at the industry defining black tie bash, which took place at the Conrad Dubai on Wednesday March 26.

Other big winners included The Rib Room crowned the Best Steakhouse, Hakkassan named Best Chinese, The Ivy taking the award for Best European and Reflets par Pierre Gagnaire for Best French.

Meanwhile Wafi’s Qbara got the official stamp of approval as the hottest place in town, winning Best Newcomer, while Traiteur was victorious in the highly coveted Best Brunch category.
