Nokia phone users now have something to brag about following the arrival of the Mix Radio streaming app in the emirates. Launched in Dubai last week by Indian superstar Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, the intuitive service allows any Nokia user free access to a library of more than 30 million songs. Alongside access to expertly compiled genre playlists, the app logs the tunes you ‘like’ while streaming – and which ones you skip – to work out what you want to listen to when, as well as crafting personal playlists based on artists you select. It seems to have our taste down pretty quickly anyway – like your own radio station in your pocket.
