This week: Lady Fozaza abayas, a Rita Ora fashion collaboration and Agora Mall.

Alanoud Badr, the Dubai-based designer behind Lady Fozaza (04 344 2202), whose edgy blazers caught the eye of celebrities including Kim Kardashian and Evan Rachel Wood, has a limited edition abaya range in the pipeline. The exclusive collection arrives at Ush Boutique on Tuesday September 9 and will include an array of styles inspired by her blazer range with stunning colours, chiffon and signature shoulder embellishments. Prices range between Dhs1,500 and Dhs2,000.

Meanwhile, Adidas Originals (04 434 0836) has teamed up with Rita Ora to produce three limited edition, urban-inspired collections of street wear. The Black collection includes black sheen high-tops, bomber jackets with flashes of yellow and glow-in-the-dark reptile prints. We’ve got our eyes on the sheer, lightweight sport and rain jacket with hoodie.

Lastly, we’ve spied a new mall in construction in Jumeirah 1. With a grand entrance modelled after the Colosseum, we’re speculating Agora Mall will house luxury Italian brands, such as Prada and Bottega Veneta.
