US luxury beach club brand Nikki Beach has confirmed it is to open a 52,000 square metre resort in Dubai’s Pearl Jumeira in late 2015.

The Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Dubai will include 400 metres of white sandy beachfront, 61 branded residences, 132 units including 117 rooms and suites, 14 beach villas, one 1,350 sqm 3-bedroom beach villa, three restaurants, a VIP lounge, Nikki Spa by ESPA, Tone Fitness Centre and the brand's famous Beach Club and is part of its partnership with Meraas Holding, the real estate company controlled by Dubai’s ruler, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.

"We have been waiting for the right time, location and partners to expand our brand in Dubai and after 10 years of waiting, I am happy to announce that we have finally found the perfect location and the perfect partners (Meraas Holding) to open Nikki Beach in Dubai," Jack Penrod, founder of Nikki Beach Worldwide, told media.

"We are proud to partner up with Meraas and share a common vision to make of this beachfront boutique resort a new benchmark for the luxury lifestyle & hospitality industry," adds Jihad El Khoury, co-founder and CEO of Nikki Beach Hotel & Resorts EMEA.

The Miami-based brand, famous for its all white dress code parties and celebrity guests, revealed the new property will include Cafe Nikki, featuring an open kitchen and contemporary international style cuisine and the Nikki Beach Restaurant and Beach Club and a VIP lounge featuring a caviar and bubbly bar.

The five-star resort will be located on the manmade island of Pearl Jumeira which is located 15 minutes away from Dubai International Airport, and is set to open in Autumn 2015.
