Check out a Palestinian Film Festival: See Palestinian culture through this pop-up film festival. Movies will be screened at A4 Space and The JamJar in Dubai and at Masrah Al Qasba theatre and Mirage City Cinema in Sharjah. See website for schedule.

Head to a theatre fiesta: See the works of Indian writer, film director and poet, Sampooran Singh Kalra. The weekend will include a collage of literary works, a dramatisation and you can meet the artist, too.

All you need to know about cheese: At this one-off for tonight, Tolosa Bodega hosts a comprehensive class in the art of pairing French cheese with grape. Yum.

Parents will love the live music and delicious food. All proceeds from the day go to Dubai Cares.
