Dhs400,000 Valentine’s Day gift in Abu Dhabi

World’s most expensive Valentine’s Day package at Shangri-La Hotel, Qaryat Al Beri

Knowledge story, The Knowledge

The Shangri-La Hotel, Qaryat Al Beri is offering the super-rich what might just be the world’s most expensive Valentine’s Day package.

If you have a spare Dhs400,000 you could spend February 14 scoffing oysters, having a nighttime helicopter ride, experiencing a romantic spa treatment and exchanging luxury gifts with your loved one.

The exclusive experience begins with a private limousine pick up from anywhere in the city.

Upon arrival at the hotel, the couple are checked-in to an exquisitely decorated Presidential Suite – including fresh flowers, premium gourmet chocolates and the option of vintage deinks on ice.

This is followed up with a visit to the hotel’s spa. After a caviar facial the lucky loved up couple will then have a private table for dinner on the rooftop of the impressive 5 star property. A sumptuous seven course set menu accompanied by a selection of specially chosen beverages follows. Whilst savouring a variety of personally customised dishes, including caviar, oysters and other French delicacies, guests are entertained courtesy of their very own magician and private musician. Once dessert has been taken, the happy couple will also exchange gifts, with an array of Montre Hublot and Dior couture pieces handpicked by a personal shopper.

Central to this magically unique evening is a nighttime helicopter ride – and the rare opportunity to see the capital city from on high in all its glory.
