Always wanted to learn from a top chef? Well now you can because Greg Malouf is opening up his kitchen.
Foodies will be glad to know the man himself plans on conducting cooking classes and demonstrating his signature dishes on 24 March 2015. Those who sign up will also get an autographed a copy of his book along with a chef’s apron.
Then if you’re itching to come back for more, each class also hosts an Instagram competition where you can win two free passes to Greg’s Cooking Club. All you need to do is take a picture of the food prepared, upload it and tag Clé Dubai to be in with a chance.

The world-class chef will be entertaining gastronomical enthusiasts at Clé Dubai over the next few months, his interactive classes allowing you to learn the expert techniques used to create delicious contemporary Arabic food from the menu of the restaurant.
The Michelin-starred head chef has many accolades to his name and his intrinsic knowledge of Middle Eastern cuisine combined with his flair for detail has taken him to all the culinary capitals of the world. He applies his experiences and knowledge learned along the way to create “signature dishes and his nostalgic take on the cuisine along with some modern flair”.
Guest will learn in a two-hour class until 28 April, located at Al Fattan Currency House, Dubai International Financial Center.
Each class has maximum of 15 participants and the price is Dhs500 per person + 10% DIFC to unlock the experience of contemporary Middle Eastern cuisine.
Clé Dubai also has revolving displays of art and sculpture; music and live performance; and its maze-like corners and intriguing sections that can be readily shaped to the needs of the guests.
They also have a formal dining, private area for special functions, an even more intimate VIP area, a bar, lounge and an alfresco terrace overlooking the Burj Khalifa.
