Jennifer Aniston’s life is rather exciting at the moment.
The actress just got married to actor Justin Theroux in secret at her California home and now the newly-wed is coming to Dubai.
Jennifer, 46, has signed as the new face of Emirates airline – a gig which could see her promoting the brand at the Dubai Air Show later on this year.
The former Friends star is thought to have filmed commercials for the job already and apparently she could have earned a cool $5million for associating her face and personality with Emirates.
'We can confirm that we are working with Ms Jennifer Aniston on a global digital and television campaign. We do not wish to discuss contract details, and more information about the campaign will be unveiled in due course,' – Boutros Boutros, Emirates’ Divisional SVP for Corporate Communications, Marketing & Brand told TimeOutDubai.com on Sunday.
The statement came as a result of a prior report from an American newspaper.
'Jennifer Aniston has shot a high-profile campaign for Emirates as part of this deal, for which she is being paid around $5 million. She will appear across TV and print ads worldwide,' a source told the New York Post’s Page Six column.
It isn't the only huge brand Jennifer is connected to. The star – who has sparked hair trends across the planet in the past – has also signed deals with Living Proof haircare, Aveeno skincare and SmartWater.
She'll have competition in the aeroplane stakes though from fellow actress Nicole Kidman – who is the face of Abu Dhabi-based Eithad Airways. Perhaps the pair will bump into each other if they both attend the Dubai Air Show in a few months.
Taking place from November 8 to 12, the record-breaking Dubai Airshow is one of the largest and most successful air shows in the world, ‘connecting aerospace professionals across all areas of the industry to facilitate successful global trade’.
3D printing will feature at the extravaganza inside Dubai World Central, Jebel Ali.
