Rob Schneider coming to Dubai this year and the stand-up comedian/movie-and-TV actor will be packing some serious jokes for the trip

Get ready to belly laugh, because Rob Schneider is coming to Dubai.

The American comedian will be passing through the United Arab Emirates in a few months, however where exactly he will be taking to the stage is yet to be confirmed.

Rob – who is currently taking his talent on the road in other parts of the globe – is perhaps best known for his time on Saturday Night Live, a show which has launched the careers of the likes of Tina Fey, Amy Poehler, Jimmy Fallon, Adam Sandler, Chris Rock… the list goes on and on.

The 51-year-old star will be entertaining fans in this country on November 12, this is according to promoters Alchemy Project.

The ‘Deuce Bigalow: Male Gigolo’ and ‘Grown Ups’ actor will be touring the United States with his humour up until he lands in the UAE. Stops include Florida, Nevada, Minnesota and California throughout August and September.

At the moment, the screen favourite is also promoting his TV show ‘Real Rob’, filmed exaggerated reality style and based off genuine aspects of his career and personal life.

He financed and independently produced the screen offering himself, as well as directing it. Plus his wife TV producer Patricia Azarcoya features in the series which gets its second season debuting this summer.

As well as producing, Schneider has moved into directing and was behind the camera for American-Iranian comedian Max Amini’s recent TV special, Authentically Absurd. Amini performed at Dubai’s Ductac in July.

Rob also directed Iranian-Armenian comedian Max Amini – who performed at Ductac in July - in his stand-up show ‘Authentically Absurd’. Max hinted that 2015 would bring more of the duo together.
