One of the most popular boybands of the last 15 years have announced they'll be coming to Dubai later this year.
Blue, made up of Antony Costa, Duncan James, Lee Ryan and Simon Webbe, will take to the al fresco stage at Emirates Golf Club on November 13.
Organisers Sundance Live certainly know a thing or two about bringing cult cult favourites from 90s dance music and Noughties pop to the region, having delivered the likes of Peter Andre, Vengaboys, Boney M and N-Trance for their famed MiXTAPE Rewind events at the same venue.
Blue, who have sold more than 15 million records worldwide, shot to fame with 2001 hit All Rise, and followed it with back-to-back number ones Too Close and If You Come Back. The following year say three more Top 10 tracks, including the award-winning Sorry Seems To Be The Hardest Word alongside Elton John.
Later, the lads teamed up with Stevie Wonder and Angie Stone on a reboot of Signed, Sealed, Delivered (their only hit not to reach the Top 10 in the UK), and then Kool And The Gang for Get Down On It.
They announced their split in 2005, but reformed in 2011 to represent their homeland in the Eurovision Song Contest, coming 11th. The pursuit of the 'good old days' continued when they went on reality TV show The Big Reunion, alongside other reformed bands inluding Liberty X, Atomic Kitten, 911 and 5ive.
Wouldn't it be great if they'd come to Dubai, too?
