Murray injury

Ankle trouble doesn’t stop Andy from going through to next round in Dubai…

Brit tennis star and world number four Andy Murray knocked out Ukranian Sergiy Stakhovsky at Dubai Tennis Stadium last night, despite being plagued by an ankle injury.

Murray took the game 6-7 6-3 5-3 despite struggling with the same injury he first suffered in Rotterdam 10 days ago.

“It’s annoying. I was feeling fine but today after an hour it started hurting and I tweaked it a little bit.” Said the tough 21-year-old as he went home to put his ankle on ice before his next game.
