What’s your problem?

A new Dubai Government website has been launched to help us complain more efficiently…

Ever felt you needed help to moan? Well here it is. Dubai Government this week launched www.ecomplain.ae.

The site is designed to let us complain about government services and is part of the Dubai Government Excellence Programme.

Residents can track the status of their complaints while respective organisations work on resolving the issue.

The system was launched to enable the public sector to improve its services and performance. Organisations participating currently are: Dubai Municipality, Dubai Police, Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, Department of Health and Medical Services, Roads and Transport Authority and Department of Naturalisation and Residency.

To use the system, residents must create an account. They can keep their identity anonymous while registering complaints as the information entered to create an account will not be visible to participating organisations.
