Emirati chef Musabbeh Tarish has taken over Aspen at Kempinski Mall of the Emirates where he will introduce new locally inspired dishes, some of which he will showcase at this weekend’s Taste of Dubai Festival.
Born and raised in Dubai, Chef Musabbeh brings a wealth of knowledge to his new post and will be the first Emarati Chef to take part in Taste of Dubai. Chef Musabbeh’s first cooking presentation will take place on Friday 13th March at 9.45pm.
He will be demonstrating Emarati grilled lamb and prawns with cucumber labneh in a wrap. He describes his cooking style as progressive, utilising traditional techniques with a modern feel for all his Emarati dishes.
