From next month, Atlantis' seafood spot Ossiano will offer a tapas menu.
Head chef Chef Santi Santamaria has apparently taken inspiration from his Catalan roots and love of fresh seafood.
The menu will be set at 14 courses including dishes such as scallop, prepared with grapefruit and orange oil and served carpaccio style or a red mullet escabeche.
Dishes are Dhs60 each, or you can try out the 14 course prestige menu for a set price of Dhs450 per person.
