Snow Patrol to headline Dubai's Emirates Jazz Festival

Fans of Snow Patrol are in for a treat, as the Northern Irish rock band have been confirmed to play in Dubai next year.

The group will be headlining the Emirates Airline Dubai Jazz Festival in February 2019, and we can’t wait to catch them live at Dubai Media City Amphitheatre.

Tickets are on sale now, starting at Dhs350 for regular standing, up to Dhs1,250 for premium passes, which includes unlimited canapés and house beverages.

Headliners Snow Patrol are performing their first UAE gig in seven years at the event – which promises to be a sell-out.

Performing on Wednesday February 20, the band have over 15 million album sales, over a billion global track streams, five Platinum albums and nominations for both Grammy and Mercury Prize Awards.

Famous for songs including Chasing Cars, Eyes Open, Set Fire to the Third Bar and Take Back The City, the arrival of the band in Dubai is sure to be a massive hit with fans.

While the festival does perhaps have a rather loose definition of the word “jazz”, the three-day series of gigs never fails to bring with it a stellar line-up of household names, legends of pop and contemporary superstars.

Two more acts are yet to be announced, so follow closely for more.

At this year’s event we saw John Legend, Duran Duran and Ricky Martin take over the stage, and 2019 musical stars are set to raise the bar even higher.

We can’t wait to get our toes tapping to these stars.
Dhs350 (regular), Dhs550 (Golden Circle), Dhs750 (access to Lounge platform), Dhs1,250 (access to Lounge platform with unlimited canapés and soft drinks/house beverages). Wed Feb 20-Fri Nov 23. Media City Amphitheatre, Dubai Media City. Get tickets here via 800Tickets.
