Best vegan groups in Dubai

Globally, veganism is taking over the world and was even named among the top consumer trends in 2018. And it’s no different here in Dubai which has a rapidly rising vegan population.

From the increase in requests for vegan meals on Emirates flights, to heaps of vegan-friendly places opening up, and a rise of plant-based iftars this Ramadan, Dubai has gone plant-based potty and we’re not complaining.

While lifestyle vegans might not be quite as well catered for as dietary vegans, there’s been marked progress and we round up the best local vegan groups in the city to help you with the lifestyle change.

Dubai Vegan Days
Dubai Vegan Days hosts a series of events ranging from pop-up markets to dinners that are designed to bring the vegan community in the UAE together and provide tasty food, products and information. Join this group for regular updates and community meet-ups at locations across the city. The next event is a one-off vegan five-course iftar at Dubai’s The Daily restaurant on Saturday May 25 and it costs just Dhs99 for adults and Dhs49 for kids.
