Dukes The Palm is offering a special summer day pass for pool and beach access for just Dhs100, so you can make the most of the sweaty summer by wallowing in a pool. The deal also includes 20 percent off food and drinks so you can make sure you stay fully hydrated (and well-fed) as you bask in the sunshine.

FIVE Palm Jumeirah
FIVE Palm Jumeirah is rolling out Summer Ice, a seven-hour soirée kicking off at 2pm. It costs Dhs300 per person – but you’ll get Dhs150 back to spend on any food and drink. It can be used on any drinks off the menu – or ask your bartender to go off piste if you like – as well as any dishes off the à la carte. There’ll also be a live show to keep you entertained.

Spend the day relaxing on the private beach at this five-star Palm Jumeirah beach resort. There’s also six temperature-controlled swimming pools to take your pick from. What’s more, you’ll get a voucher back to treat yourself to a meal at any of the hotels ten restaurants and lounges.
