Three new bus routes launched in Dubai

If you’re an avid bus user, make sure to take note of these new routes that may make your journey through the city much easier.

The Roads and Transport Authority's (RTA) has just launched three new bus routes from different Metro stations and Dubai International Airport terminals to improve services and transportation in Dubai.

The first, Route 77, starts from Baniyas Metro Station and calls at Airport Terminal 3, Deira City Centre, and Airport Terminal 1.

Route F36 will take passengers from the Mall of the Emirates station and passes by Arjan Hotel via the Mall of the Emirates Metro station, Al Barsha South, and finally Dubai Science Park.

As for the last route, E102, it takes passengers between Ibn Battuta Station and Musaffah Al Shaabiya Bus Station in Abu Dhabi.

Along with the new routes, RTA has also upgraded existing services, including Route 50, which connects with International City Dragon Mart 2 and Al Khail Gate 1, but now heads on towards Al Manama Street.

Route J01, which runs from Mall of the Emirates Metro station to Jumeirah Village Circle, will be rerouted to Jumeirah Village Circle, and all the way up to Al Barsha South. The original transit service will now be served by Route F36.

Earlier this year, RTA added six other bus routes, including Friday-only routes and more.
