The Road and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced that paid public parking throughout Dubai will be free of charge for two weeks, starting from today (Tuesday March 31).
The fees will be waved for all motorists including multi-storey parking, all day throughout the week.
Dubai's residents have been urged to self-isolate and stay home unless absolutely necessary. But if you do need to go out for essential reasons, the parking will be free.
The initiative is in line with the preventative measures taken in the National Disinfection Programme, RTA stated in a Tweet.
