MMI and A+E launch legal home alcohol delivery in Dubai

The first legal alcohol home delivery service has been launched in Dubai, following a collaboration between retailers MMI and A+E.

It’s the first time the two companies have collaborated, and now residents of Dubai can have alcohol delivered – as long as they hold a valid alcohol licence. (For more on getting an alcohol licence in Dubai, click here).

The companies promise a “huge range” of products in the service that is “legal, safe and convenient” at the new site

The home delivery service is available to all Dubai residents who are over 21, non-Muslim and have an alcohol licence. Tourists can also use the service subject to confirmation of their tourist status via their original passport. The licence will be checked on delivery.

There are more than 500 brands to choose from online at and orders placed before noon will (at the time of writing) be delivered the next day.

Orders will be placed online via a secure payment gateway with a minimum spend of Dhs250 plus a delivery charge of Dhs50.
