Dubai Opera to host live classical sessions online

If you’re looking for ways to spend your time at home in Dubai, then the city’s famous opera house has a bit of classical fare to put an elegant spruce in to your evening.

Live from, the Dubai Opera social media accounts, you’ll be able to tune into a number of classical performances taking place this month.

On Thursday April 9, 16 and 23, solo violinist and founder of Sharq Orchestra, Mohamad Hamami, will be streaming a 45-minute performance full of international and Arabic classic music on Dubai Opera’s Facebook and YouTube channels.

Meanwhile, on Friday April 10, composer and pianist Guy Manoukian will be performing a 45-minute set from the Dubai Opera Instagram account at 7pm, full of his greatest hits, as well as a variety of all-time favourite Arabic tunes.
