The Dubai Mall

Malls across Dubai are now reopening, with the news that businesses across Dubai are now permitted to open from 6am until 11pm daily.

The Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates and The Dubai Outlet Mall are among those now open.

Visitors to the malls must adhere to the UAE’s health and safety rules, including the requirement that masks are worn at all times, hands are sanitised on arrival to the mall, and a physical distance of two metres is maintained from others at all time.

There will be temperature checks for those entering the mall, while the mall can have no more than 70 percent capacity.

Malls can also now choose their opening hours, falling between the hours of 6am and 10pm.

Within malls all restaurants, cafés and other F&B outlets will also be able to operate at their own capacity – although social distancing of two metres between tables and other health and safety precautions must be adhered to.

Kids under 12 and adults over 60 are still not permitted to enter malls.
