Monday: The Ugly Noodles pop-up

Cult-favourite homegrown noodle brand Ugly Noodles is hosting a one-day-only pop-up at Alserkal Avenue on Monday, November 14 from 6pm to 10pm. To kick off your week, head down to the art district after work for the Alserkal Lates, an event all about art, food and design, where Ugly Noodles will be serving its popular Sichuan wontons for Dhs30 a plate.  For those in the know, Ugly Noodles is one of Dubai’s coolest concepts that dishes out Hong Kong street food classics exclusively via pop-ups around town. Throughout the year, Ugly Noodles collaborated with eateries like Flat12 and My Pekoe and even hosted a two-day pop-up at 25Hours Hotel Dubai One Central. Drop by the Ugly Noodles kiosk located beside 1004 Gourmet Alserkal.

Tuesday: Gunbae omakase dinner at Akira Back

A special collaboration dinner will take place at W Dubai – The Palm’s Akira Back on Tuesday night. Its executive chef Giovanni Ledon will work together with bartender  Mason Park of Alice Cheongdam to bring you an exceptional sushi-tasting menu. Diners will enjoy the best seasonal seafood Japan has to offer, paired with delicious Asian-inspired concoctions. The Omakase dinner is priced at Dhs599 per person.

Tuesday: LPM Restaurant & Bar finally reopens

LPM Restaurant & Bar Dubai will be re-opening its doors on Tuesday, November 15th, to show off a new space after a four-month-long summer hiatus. The restaurant closed its doors in July 2022, for the first time since being open for 12 years. The reopening doesn’t just come with a new look, it also comes with new additions to the a la carte menu. These include the king crab and tomato tart, artichoke hearts salad with truffle vinaigrette, a glorious pecorino tortellini with truffle, and the star of the night, a lobster Mafalda pasta.

Wednesday: Try the fall menu at Scalini

Throughout November, Scalini serves a menu of special dishes that embrace autumn in Italy. Available from noon daily, dishes include the insalata di indivia belga, gorgonzola, pere e noci caramellate from the northern cosmopolitan region of Lombardy.

Thursday: Venus launches a new acoustic night

If you’re looking for a mid-week treat, you’ve come to the right place. The spot for a meet-up, date night, or if you’re looking to try something different. Catch the last glimpses of the sunset, with views of Ain Dubai and be serenaded by the talented Lebanese/Canadian singer-songwriter Danny Aridi as he plays his acoustic guitar.
