Nike ‘Well Festival’ in Dubai is coming

It’s a big tick for wellness

If you’re into all things wellness, keep reading.

Nike is bringing its ‘Well Festival’ to Dubai on Saturday April 27 and Sunday April 28, at the Nara Desert Resort.

The two-day event consists of a weekend of movement, mindfulness and sound, running from 4pm to 11pm during the last weekend of April.

The festival has popped up at wellness hotspots such as London and Johannesburg, and now it’s Dubai’s turn.

Launched by Nike in 2023 in a bid to support people’s wellness journeys, Nike’s Well Collective is the brand’s commitment to connect Nike lovers with a global community of trainers, coaches, wellness and nutrition experts — basically for two days, you’re in very good hands.

Tickets are Dhs150 per day and per person, no matter how many sessions you sign up to either.

All proceeds are being donated to the Al Jalila Foundation, a charity organisation for promoting medical education and research in the UAE, in partnership with ‘Heroes of Hope’.

But don’t go thinking you need to be an athletic professional or decked out in the latest Nike gear head-to-toe to attend.

In fact, the festival’s structure ensures there really is something for everyone: ‘The Energy Circle’, ‘The Conversation Pit’, ‘The Sanctuary’ and ‘The Wadi’, each offer something different for ticket holders.

In ‘The Energy Circle’ expect movement sessions such as high intensity interval training (HIIT), dancing, yoga. Dip into ‘The Conversation Pit’ for a number of workshops and panels to get you thinking healthier. ‘The Sanctuary’ is exactly what you would imagine, and is ideal for a calmer approach to wellness, with a sound healing session or two.

Last but not least, head to ‘The Wadi’ to keep your energy levels up with a healthy menu of refreshments and snacks.

If this sounds like a bit of you, tickets are available now but are distributed on a first come first served basis, so run as fast as you can to the checkout.
