Situated in one of Dubai’s most renowned venues, Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Bastion is one of Dubai’s go-to restaurants for authentic French cuisine.
Its location is not to be missed, with stunning Burj Al Arab views on offer from the 25th-floor restaurant’s panoramic windows.
And now, guests can enjoy a new value-for-money offering every weekend.
Available every Saturday and Sunday from 1pm to 4pm, it costs Dhs175 per person for three courses with soft beverages – and you can enjoy unlimited pink grape for Dhs299 per person.
As for what to expect, you can treat yourself to a lazy lunch with a menu including French Onion soup, salmon ceviche and beetroot tartar, followed by main courses such as the yellowfin tuna steak, Australian Black Angus with mashed potato and mushroom sauce, and the cauliflower steak.
The dessert options offer up an ideal way to end your long lunch, too, with Bastion’s baked Alaska a key feature, hazelnut profiteroles available and also a wide selection of ice cream.
Jumeirah Beach Hotel was completed in 1997 and has been one of the city’s iconic buildings ever since.
The Jumeirah Group is behind more than 85 top restaurants, too – including Sal, KAYTO, Shimmers, Al Mare, Pierchic and French Riviera. An impressive nine of these featured in the Gault&Millau UAE 2023 guide.
