When we think of something doused in olive oil; bread, pasta, or salad comes to mind.
And now, coffee brand Starbucks has decided to add two new caffeinated drinks containing golden liquid fat to its menus here in Dubai.
Named Starbucks Oleato and available from Saturday May 27, java fans can expect the finest arabica coffee infused with extra virgin olive oil.
Tapping into the summer market, Dubai coffee-drinkers can try two new cold sips; Oleato golden foam cold brew and Oleato iced shaken espresso.
We’re told that the caffeinated drinks, infused with premium extra virgin olive oil, create a smooth coffee with a new flavour and texture.
Oleato landing in Dubai comes after it launched in Italy, followed by Chicago, Seattle and New York in the USA, and selected stores across Japan, Paris (France) and London (United Kingdom) this year.
