5 things you need to know about Michael Bublé

Brush up on your Michael Bublé knowledge before he comes to Dubai

Here's everything you need to know about Michael Bublé before he bring his tour to Dubai next week...

1 He’s never performed in Dubai before

Multi-platinum selling Canadian singer Michael Bublé will perform for the first time in the U.A.E at the Dubai International Stadium in Sports City on March 12 and 13. On announcing the show he said: “I have travelled to many wonderful places around the world but the Middle East is somewhere that I have always wanted to perform.”

2 He’s a seasoned traveller

With a 200-date tour for Too Be Loved, he had to make Dubai a stop. But he’s got much more on his radar. After he carries out two shows here, the 39-year-old is heading over to South Africa. He’ll play the Coca Cola Dome in Johannesburg twice, the Cape Town Stadium and the Moses Mabhida Stadium in Durban. With five days before he needs to be in a new country, it looks like he’s made time to explore Dubai before he has to jet off again.

3 He aims to please the Dubai crowd

Michael sounds eager to meet his fans in the Middle East. He said in a statement at the time of announcing his gig that the United Arab Emirates supporters were especially close to his heart. “I have such incredibly loyal and supportive fans here in the UAE and I cannot wait to meet them,” he shared.

4 His Dubai shows will take you on an emotional rollercoaster

What can you expect from his two gigs? Variety.
“Although I will only be in Dubai for a short time, I promise you it will be a night to remember. I want to take you on a wonderful journey about love — all different kinds of love,” he said. “The album swings big time, it rocks, it’s soulful, it’s happy, sometimes a little sad… it’s romantic, it’s yummy and it’s heartfelt.”

5 Dubai will probably be a family affair
The four-time Grammy-winning artist is married to model Luisana Lopilato, 27, and the couple have 18-month son Noah together. An Argentinian actress model and singer, she’s used to the jet-set lifestyle and loves music. Perhaps they’ll be side of stage supporting him when he belts out tracks like I’ve Got You Under My Skin, Sway and Come Fly With Me?
