The Chuckle Club
April’s line-up of international acts includes Australian comic Yianni Agisilaou, who improvises skilfully with whatever a room throws at him, Los Angeles native Chris Garcia, who has worked with comedians Reggie Watts and Robin Williams, and the undeniably funny Geordie comic Carl Hutchinson who has supported Mick Foley and Chris Ramsey on their sell-out tours.

Dubai Laughing Comedy Club
The comedy club’s packed schedule starts on Wednesday March 18 with new material from some of the UAE’s most popular acts including Ray Addison, Ahmad Mohammad and Jon Boulton. On Wednesday March 25, international MC Hisham Wyne will present a line-up of local talent in a one-night stand-up gig. Then, to celebrate April Fool’s Day on Wednesday April 1, Beat The Gong will see up to 15 comics attempt to perform for five minutes each. On Wednesday April 15, Get Set…Laugh – the UAE’s only improvised stand-up comedy game show – will see two teams compete to impress the audience in a series of comic challenges and UK stand-up Chas Burnett performs for the first time in Dubai.

The Laughter Factory
UK comedian Holly Walsh has appeared on TV shows including 8 Out of 10 Cats, Never Mind the Buzzcocks, and Mock the Week, and has hosted the Channel 4 series TNT with Jack Whitehall. Also on the line-up is Jeff Innocent from London’s East End. His film credits include playing a publican in It Was an Accident and a prisoner in Mean Machine.

Wing It Open-Mic Night

Watch up to ten local stand-up acts take to the stage weekly. This new night will feature a mixture of singers, comedy acts and performers of all genres and age groups.

The French Comedy Club
Canadian stand-up Anthony Kavanagh is headed to Dubai for the first time to debut his internationally acclaimed French language one-man show ‘Se Chauffe’. The eclectic performance features singing, comedy and beatboxing.

Dub Fest International Street Theatre and Comedy Fair
This ten-day event features more than 35 acts from at least 17 countries. Comedians, including Chris Lynam, will perform in more than 200 shows on the streets of Deira. Performances include ‘The TNT Show’ – a mix of circus and clown comedy – and the mariachi guitar-playing duo Paul Morocco and Ole.
