Party news from the Dubai nightlife scene

Player’s Lounge’s karaoke night is back on Sunday evenings from 9pm. DJ Andy will be hitting the decks at The Country Club Hotel’s bar, with hip-hop megamixes and the latest R&B tunes to entertain guests into the small hours. The venue will also be offering free entry and promotions on food and beverages exclusively for the night. Drinks start from Dhs25 and if guests come in early, they can also enjoy 15 percent discount on happy hour deals until 7pm (on all non-promotional beverages). Ladies can enjoy selected free drinks until 2am every day. The venue is also giving customers a complimentary drop-off home if they spend a minimum of Dhs500 on food and beverages.

In ladies’ night news, Cove Beach at Jumeirah Beach Hotel has launched 60 Shades of Rosé, its new Tuesday ladies’ night from 8pm until 11pm. The night showcases an exclusive selection of signature pink grape and, for Dhs100, ladies can enjoy an unlimited amount of it and indulge in a selection of canapés alongside their drinks or bubbly.

With the heat of summer beginning to kick in, Coya Dubai will hold its quarterly grand fiesta, celebrating a simple but universal theme: Life. The Latin American hotspot will go through a complete transformation for one night only on Monday June 15 from midnight until late. Expect elaborate decorations, specially staged productions, and two international DJs – including funk bass veteran DJ Rogerio – as well as a live saxophonist.
