You may find it hard to know what to ‘beliebe’, especially after last week’s mysteriously disappearing announcement, but it’s now official: Justin Bieber is coming to Dubai!
Concert organizers 117 Live have confirmed it on their homepage, as has Virgin Radio Dubai this morning (Monday September 12), the Canadian pop star with a #1 album in over 100 countries, back-to-back worldwide smash hit singles, will be back in the UAE next year.
In fact, you can now register for pre-sale here.
Part of his Purpose World Tour, the concert will take place at The Autism Rocks Arena, a venue which can house up to 25,000 concertgoers.
“We are pushing out the boat, going full, maximum venue capacity and preparing for the loudest audience screams when the Purpose World Tour visits us in May 2017” says CEO of 117Live Thomas Ovesen.
"But before then I cannot wait to reunite with the tens of thousands of regional Bieber fans and of course to also hear from the many new Beliebers when we kick off the ticket sales for the only show to be staged in the region and what is sure to be a sold out, concert of the year extravaganza."
Confusion reigned among Dubai-based Justin Bieber fans only a few days ago after the star appeared to confirm a show in the UAE next year, before details mysteriously vanished from his website.
Social media went into a frenzy at around 7pm on Tuesday night when screengrabs from justinbiebermusic.com listed a show at Autism Rocks Arena on May 6, 2017 among a long list of other gigs around the world.
