Stereo Arcade’s new club launches Tuesday night bash

Alternative club provides live R&B DJs plus bargains for ladies’ night

Dubai’s new hip-hop and R&B live music venue The Boom Room, near JBR, has just launched a Tuesday night event that you need to check out.

The Boom Room, found within retro arcade/nightspot Stereo Arcade is launching Family Affair DXB, a brand-new night if you fancy seeing hump day out in style.

Stereo Arcade opened the venue at the end of June, which has seen its live music space revamped and transformed from a pub, previously hosting acts six nights a week, and into an alternative club with a definite urban vibe.

Throughout the week there will be different club nights playing a range of genres, from funk to vinyl DJ classics. But tonight DJ Jaja and DJ Zane will be providing the tunes all night, pumping out old school urban tracks with a twist of house from 6pm-3am.

Ladies get four free drinks if arriving before 9pm, and two free drinks if arriving afterwards.
Daily 6pm-3am. DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Dubai – Jumeirah, opposite Jumeirah Beach Residence (052 618 2424).

Four more to try: Tuesday ladies’ nights

People go to Mahiki to have fun. From the mixed beverages to the tunes, the Polynesian-themed venue is known as a place to head when you want to party. Those drinks arrive in elaborate vessels (especially if you’re ordering bubbly – a treasure chest, anyone?) and the music gets plenty of revellers onto the dancefloor. Its ladies’ night is always busy and you’ll often see the odd celeb in there, too.
