Ting Irie has announced that hit Jamaican band D-Tone will be performing live every Monday and Wednesday for its Wings ’n’ Tings night.
The band, made up of vocalists Mark Lowe and Tishorna Burke, guitarist Kaestner Smith, bassist Dalmain Lawson, keyboardists Andre Salmon and Christopher Monroe, and drummer Troy Wright, have been on the live, international music circuit for ten years.
They’ll be keeping diners entertained with their trademark reggae and dancehall sounds, ensuring a lively, upbeat vibe as guests dig into the restaurant’s menu of spicy and flavoursome chicken wings.
Flavours on offer include Jamaican classics such as Caribbean Jerk or Scotch Bonnet, more common flavours such as Classic BBQ, plus inventive-sounding creations such as Passionfruit and coconut curry. Tuck into half a dozen for Dhs40 or a dozen for Dhs70.
The offer will be running from 5pm, with D-Tone plugging in to perform from 7pm until 11pm. with influences not just in reggae music but spanning across genres, the band will add their own unique flavour to your evening, too.
