BASE is back on Friday September 22

d3’s big new club returns next month after summer break

It had an absolutely rip-roaring start to life in Dubai, with an opening weekend featuring a line-up of world-class headliners, and now BASE is returning for the post-summer season on Friday September 22.

Back in April the d3 club opened with some of the biggest hype we’ve ever seen, and went big with headliners 50 Cent and Axwell (of Swedish House Mafia fame).

Now, the club has announced it will be returning in September, via a teasing Instagram post:

Before its summer break, BASE put on some of the biggest names from the world of rap, hip hop and R&B, plus EDM, house and more. Aforementioned Axwell and 50 Cent opened the club, and were followed by Afrojack, Rick Ross, Busta Rhymes, Fetty Wap and New York rapper Tyga.

As a venue, BASE is close to being brilliant, barring one or two things. If summer has been used wisely, we can’t wait to find out what’s in store this season.

Free. Fri Sep 22, 10pm-3am. Dubai Design District, www.basedubai.com (055 313 4999).
