Take That coming back to Dubai

UK pop legends returning on November 30 at Dubai Media City Amphitheatre

If you thought the Dubai music line-up for 2017 was long complete, you could not be more wrong.

Ed Sheeran, Jennifer Lopez, Gorillaz, Stormzy, Calvin Harris, P!nk, Status Quo, Dream Theater, Rufus Wainwright, Elton John, and loads more massive bands and artists are coming to Dubai (and Abu Dhabi). And now you can add another massive pop act to that list.

UK pop legends Take That are coming back to Dubai this November, on the back of their sell-out Wonderland Live tour of the UK, Australia and New Zealand. Here’s why you’ll want to head to Media City Amphitheatre on Thursday November 30. The gig will be almost two years exactly since the band was last in town, here's what happened when they visited last time.

Remember Shine, Never Forget and Everything Changes? Expect all the massive hits, plus tracks from the latest album, Wonderland.

One of the most successful bands in UK chart history, Take That have had 12 number one singles in the UK, seven number one albums with 45 million record sales, eight million ticket sales worldwide for live shows, plus eight BRIT Awards including Best British Band and Best British Live Act.

Wonderland Live sold out at all 42 venues, with more than half a million ticket sales in four weeks for their tenth concert tour.

“Dubai is like nowhere else in the world. We love performing in this vibrant city, there is always such an amazing energy there,” said lead singer Gary Barlow, who has sold out gigs in Dubai with Take That and as a solo artist before.

Tickets start from Dhs299, golden circle tickets for Dhs650, grandstand seating tickets for Dhs650 and VIP for Dhs995, available from www.800tickets.com. Tickets are on sale now, so don’t miss out.
