Huge music festival launched at Zero Gravity

Fiesta Musica will be the biggest in the Dubai beach club’s history

Dubai’s Zero Gravity is launching its biggest-ever beach music festival, set to take place across Thursday December 7, Friday 8 and Saturday 9.

The award-winning beach club’s three-day event will see the Ibiza House Orchestra make their Dubai debut. Assembled from some of the most talented musicians living on the White Isle, the Ibiza House Orchestra is claimed to be the biggest, freshest and most exciting live orchestra the Mediterranean island has ever seen.

US DJ and producer Throttle, known for smash hit Hit The Road Jack and his collaboration with Galantis on Tell Me That You Love Me, will also hit the stage over the weekend.

Legendary British DJ Trevor Nelson, however, will be the man to kick off the festival on Thursday evening, and revellers can expect to hear huge classic dance, R&B, soul and garage tracks.

The three-day event promises a full day-to-night experience, with access to the beach and pool (probably the most Instagrammed in the city) also included, and a special Fiesta Musica Brunch running from 1pm until 5pm, featuring unlimited food and drinks.

Alongside all the action on the main stage (located on the beach), there will be heaps of activities to keep festivalgoers entertained. Relax in the Chill Out Zone, or enjoy some acoustic in the Lie Artist Area. There’s also the chance to try stand-up paddleboarding, beach volleyball and racket ball games, plus an Arts & Crafts area with UV body marbling, tribal face painting and glitter.

Thu Dec 7, Dhs100 (beach and pool access); Fri Dec 8, Dhs150 (beach and pool access), Dhs350 (brunch); Sat Dec 9, Dhs225 (girls), Dhs275 (guys); Weekend pass Dhs400 (regular entrance to all three days); table packages from Dhs3,000. Zero Gravity, near Skydive Dubai, Dubai Marina, (04 399 0009).
