Q’s Bar announces American Idol star as next resident

Clark Beckham bringing soul and incredible vocals to top jazz bar in 2018

One of Dubai’s swankiest live music venues is welcoming its latest new resident act.

Legendary producer Quincy Jones’ first-ever live music venue, Q’s Bar and Lounge at Palazzo Versace Dubai is getting ready to welcome Clark Beckham. Beckham is an American singer, songwriter and musician who is known for his soulful, bluesy vocals and multi-instrumental skills.

Having performed on American Idol in 2015, Beckham came runner-up to eventual winner Nick Fradiani, but has since gone on to perform around the world, and will take up residency at Q’s for a six-week stint in early 2018.

From Tuesday January 9 until Saturday February 17, Beckham will take to the stage to entertain guests with a stunning live show – timings can be found below.

Following his performances to millions of people every week on American Idol, Beckham signed to Quincy Jones’ label and has since toured the US with rapper, songwriter and record producer Jon Bellion, and has performed worldwide.

Expect newly released songs Must Be Hard Being You and I Need – which was produced and recorded alongside John Mayer’s band.

Beckham will be performing one-hour-long shows at 9pm, 10.30pm and midnight from Tuesday to Friday, and from 8pm until midnight on Saturday.
