Barasti is getting ready to host one of the biggest EDM festivals around, and better yet, you can head there for absolutely nothing.
From Thursday April 5 until Saturday 7, the city’s famous beach bar and club is putting on the Sound Collective festival – the “biggest global EDM festival of 2018”.
That’s a pretty massive claim, and we can’t wait to see it in person.
Last year, more than 30,000 people hit the beach for the festival, partying through the night until the early hours to some top international DJs.
This year, more of the same is coming, with DJs including Quintino, Yves V and Dante Klein on the list to perform. They’ve smashed headline sets at some of the largest festivals in the world, including Tomorrowland, Ultra, Creamfields and more – and now Barasti is lining up the seriously mega acts to keep you moving all night long.
So jump in your boardies, get your flip flops on and head down for a massive weekend of top tunes.
Doors open at 8pm on Thursday April 5, and 2pm on Friday 6 and Saturday 7. The party will run through until 3am on the first couple of nights, and until 10pm on Saturday.
Get there early to make sure you get in, this event practically sold out last year so you don’t want to be left disappointed if you get there late.
We’ll be there, with our glow sticks on and ready to go.
Free. April 5-7. Le Méridien Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina, King Salman Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Street (04 318 1313).
