Dubai Jazz Festival 2019 will last for ten days

The organisers are planning to have multiple stages and multiple venues

Dubai Jazz Festival is returning for a bumper ten-day run at venues across the city next February.

This year's incredible line-up included Duran Duran, John Legend and Ricky Martin, so we can't wait to see what's in store for 2019.

The organisers are planning to have multiple stages and multiple venues – including at restaurants, bars, clubs and communities.

That means in addition to the big names at the three-day main event at Dubai Media City Amphitheatre, there will be an extra week of jazz all over the city.

Hopefully we’ll see lots of up and coming jazz artists at a variety of venues. We’re hoping for jazz in Jumeirah, improvisation at International City or big band at the Burj.

It's all taking place from Wednesday February 13 to Friday February 22, with more details released in the coming months.

Tickets aren't available yet, but if last year's line-up is anything to go by it's well worth marking those dates in your calendar now.

And if you're itching to get out and see some live music before then, we've got plenty of recommendations on our Nightlife section.
