It’s the end of an era, as one of the city’s favourite bars and tourist hotspots is set to close.

While Jumeirah Beach Hotel starts to close its doors over the summer in preparation for a major refurbishment, one of the city’s longest serving bars will be closing its doors permanently.

360˚ will being saying farewell to Dubai, and in some style too, on Saturday May 12. A series of major events are planned for the circular hotspot, with more information to come soon - in the meantime make sure you get over there to make the most of the bar, it’s panoramic views of the Jumeirah coastline, and of course the awesome selfie opportunities with Burj Al Arab lurking in the background.

A new concept is set to open in the space after the full refurb of Jumeirah Beach Hotel is complete, bringing with it a “new, contemporary and fresh experience”, according to Jumeirah.

“The sun is setting on 360˚ in its current form and we would like to thank our colleagues for their hard work and dedication, as well as our loyal guests for the support shown to this award-winning brand over the past 13 years,” said Emma Banks, GM of Jumeirah Restaurant Group. “360˚ has a special place in the hearts of most Dubai residents and tourists alike and we look forward to giving this iconic venue a fitting send off in the coming weeks”.

There’s more to come on the line-up of events planned to see this iconic bar out in style, so stay tuned.
