There's good news and there's bad news.
As we all know, legendary Dubai bar 360° is closing down later this month – and we're feeling the sadness.
But luckily it's going out with a 72-hour mega party featuring a killer line-up of DJs and deals.
On Thursday May 10, house night Sunstroke will be teaming up with Must Have Soul to pay tribute to the iconic venue, with Jack Woodcock, John Spoor and Danny Kwang spinning the decks.
The venue is pomising a night of "old-school hits with a serious beat", which is something we can all get excited about.
The bar is known for its panoramic views of the Jumeirah coastline, and of course the awesome selfie opportunities with the Burj Al Arab lurking in the background.
Continuing the bumper bash on Friday is double brunches and back-to-back DJ sets featuring the best in R&B, hip-hop, funk, soul and timeless classics.
The 180° Brunch will run from 3pm to 6pm and 8pm to 11pm, serving unlimited house beverages and pan-Asian sharing platters for Dhs295.
Then, to top things all off, Saturday May 12 will host The Last Dance.
360° is bringing back the venue's first-ever resident DJ Da Sendri. He first hit the Dubai scene after coming over from Ibiza 12 years ago, so it's going to be a huge finale you don't want to miss.
Happy hour prices are on offer between 5pm and 8pm to the sounds of acoustic guitarist Khalil.
Emma Banks from Jumeirah Restaurant Group, the company behind the bar, said: “As the old saying goes, all good things must come to an end and it’s with real mixed emotions that we prepare the final goodbye of 360° Dubai – one of the city’s most famous spots.
“The flashback celebrations will shape up in a weekend of serious nostalgia, with plenty of funk, a dash of soul and retro hits taking our loyal followers back to the good old days.”
We'll see you on the dancefloor.
Open Sat-Thu 5pm-3am, Fri 1pm-3am. Until Sat May 12. Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Umm Suqeim (04 406 8741.)
