Ramadan Nights by Dish iftar pop-up launched in Al Quoz

There’s any amount of iftars taking place around Dubai this month, but if you’re looking for something a bit special then read on.

Catering and events company Dish is laying on a brand-new menu during its fourth Ramadan Nights By Dish pop up iftar at Warehouse Four.

Lounge on Moroccan-inspired furniture, or rest upon low and regular seating as you break your fast under the glimmer of candlelight in the specially-decorated space.

The intimate iftar experience in the independent arts venue is an idyllic spot for breaking your fast, especially if you fancy a gander over to Alserkal Avenue to peruse some art afterwards.

The meal begins with some light starts including sweet potato and red lentil soup, zataar and preserved lemon hummus with Arabic and cumin toasted flat breads.

It will then continue with Emirati favourites, including the likes of slow braised lamb shoulder in Middle-eastern spices, barbecue prawns with sumac and coriander and chicken kofta stuffed with ash goat's cheese and smoked paprika.

There’ll also be a load of vegetarian options including dukha roasted butternut squash and grilled halloumi to the charred brocollini with toasted sesame and Persian saffron rice pilaf.

Kids can enjoy baked chicken goujons, rice pilaf and lemon honey yogurt, before tucking into tasty desserts.

This is definitely one we’ll be popping in out diaries.
Dhs200. Daily sunset-9.30pm. Warehouse Four, Al Quoz (056 128 3247).
