Top Chef Cooking Studio are putting on a load of iftar cooking classes during the month to help you lay on something special.
The two-hour classes will help you whip up a delicious homemade meal from starter to dessert and will take place every Saturday throughout the month, with the first happening this Saturday (May 19) at 5pm.
The first class will teach amateur chefs how to make a spread of homemade Arabic bread, harira soup, crémeux hummus with baby gems salad, chicken pastilla with honey roasted almond, rose water and yogurt dip, spiced lamb shoulder stuffed with dates and grilled vegetables and date and cashew kataif with orange sorbet.
It sounds like quite a feat, but you’ll be under the expert guidance of a team of enthusiastic gourmets, or if it all sounds like too much hassle then check out one of the iftars below and let someone else do all the hard work.
