Dining at this cool global chain is always going to be special. There’s a trendy bar to start off in, before wolfing down some zesty ceviche and stellar tableside guac. It also does a top grown-up party brunch that’s tonnes of fun. And did we mention the churros?

La Carnita
This funky Mexican restaurant made waves on the Dubai Marina dining scene in 2018, offering up a super-cool vibe and terrific tacos. A branch of the Canadian chain, La Carnita serves up Mexican street food with flair. The staff are super, the food is delicious and the vibe is lively. A top party-style Latino spot.

LIMA Dubai
A former winner in this category, LIMA is the sister restaurant of the famous London Latino spot of the same name. From Michelin-starred chef Virgilio Martínez Véliz, expect vibrant dishes – both in terms of flavour and presentation. The causa and anticuchos are stunning, and it’s a real treat dining here.

Hotel Cartagena
Prepare to be wowed by this restaurant’s 360-degree panoramic views across Dubai and its funky décor – think pink flamingos, palm trees and vibrant murals. Signature dishes boast South American and Caribbean flavours.

Waka
