One of Dubai’s hottest nightspots now has a brand-new menu, and it’s looking as stylish as the venue.

Soho Garden, at Meydan Racecourse, has launched a new Mediterranean-inspired menu, and we can’t wait to check it out.

The new menu boasts “sharing-style small plates and larger mains”. Don’t be put off by the thought of al fresco dining, either, as during the summer diners can dig into the brand-new dishes in the fully air-conditioned indoor garden.

Highlights on the menu include beef carpaccio, Iberian octopus ceviche and panko-crusted Angus beef short rib. There’s also a beetroot and goat’s cheese salad and shrimp cocktail. And if you’re after a slab of meat then opt for the steak frites, with shoestring fries and black pepper sauce, New Zealand lamb chops or the 10z rib-eye.

For a more casual bite, there’s fish and chips and a Soho Garden beef burger – topped off with truffle mayo, caramelised onion, smoked cheddar and fries. Sweet tooth? Save room for the tres leches dessert or Soho éclair – filled with a crème brûlée mousse.

The venue is open from Wednesday to Saturday every week, from 7pm until 3am, with a live DJ from 8pm, so now’s the perfect chance to check it out.

Soho Garden was the first of the venues to open at the Meydan super destination and is a top nightspot offering up something for everyone.

With aesthetics described as a “unique mix of eclectic luxury, with laid-back chic”, it opened in December 2017 with a set from world-famous DJ Roger Sanchez, and the pace has only picked up since, with a hot summer line-up also recently being announced.

Set just behind The Meydan Hotel, Soho Garden – not to be confused with the Soho venues in the UK – houses a range of different bars serving up different drinks (think Tiki, bubbly, indoor glasshouse etc).

There’s also a cool terrace area that is perfect for sundowners boasting stunning views across to the Dubai skyline and Burj Khalifa.
Also at the Meydan venue is Las Vegas pool party spot Drai’s and popular nightclub Toy Room.

We’ll see you at Meydan.
Open Wed-Sat 7pm-3am. (052 388 8849).
