Brand-new Indian restaurant from Michelin-starred chef to open in Dubai Marina

Chef Vineet Bhatia is launching a new street food restaurant

There’s a brand-new restaurant coming to Dubai Marina, from Michelin-starred Chef Vineet Bhatia.

Indya By Vineet is set to launch in November at Le Royal Méridien Beach Resort & Spa and promises to “give a whole new meaning to Indian street food”.

The restaurant will seat up to 90 diners, and there will be an outdoor terrace, too, as well as a mixed drinks bar, and will be where Italian restaurant Ossigeno used to be.

Chef Vineet Bhatia, who was born in Mumbai, was the first Indian chef to receive Michelin star.

Here in Dubai he already has a restaurant – Indego by Vineet at Grosvenor House Dubai in Dubai Marina.

“His exciting new venture takes a contemporary approach to all-time favourite Indian street staples in a vibrant, colourful and eclectic backdrop inspired by the culture, spirit and vitality of the motherland,” says the team behind it.
