Feeling adventurous? Discover award-winning, authentic cuisine at Dubai’s only licensed Korean restaurant.

Namu offers distinctly futuristic chic, with floor-to-ceiling windows that deliver stunning views of the Dubai Water Canal and out to the shores of the Arabian Gulf from the 31st floor of the vibrant V Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton at Al Habtoor City.

Taking the open kitchen concept to a whole new level, Namu features a square island with four live stations, each focusing on methods incorporating either steam, action, fire or ice.

As funky deep house and hip-hop play in the background, chefs wander the room offering signature samples to diners.

From the Fire section of the menu, prepare for tasty grills, while the Ice section features beautifully fresh sashimi.

Be sure to try the delicious chicken yakitori, laced with a sticky, sweet sauce, and don’t miss the crispy bimbimbap, both of which are among the restaurant’s signature dishes, alongside spicy soft shell crab tempura and Seoul-style bulgogi.

If you've never tried Korean cuisine, this is the perfect chance to head 31 floors up for incredible sunset views and exciting flavours.
Daily 7pm-midnight. V Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton, Al Habtoor City, Sheikh Zayed Road (04 435 5577).
