The Irish Village to host Dubai’s “biggest, baddest brunch”

We’ve had the brunch, the drunch, the buffet spreads and the a la carte sit downs, and now The Irish Village is taking it up a notch.

Time Out Dubai’s Pub of the Year is teaming up with Jumeirah Creekside Hotel and restaurant hub Century Village for a massive one-off weekend soiree that they’re calling Dubai’s “biggest, baddest brunch”.

The Friday feast will take place on Friday January 25 from 1pm until 4,30pm, and you’ll be absolutely spoiled for choice.

The spread will feature a staggering 25 different cuisines from around the world with buffet stations across the three different venues.

There’ll also be plenty to entertain the kids with three play areas, live music and a kid’s cinema, plus roaming street performances throughout the afternoon.

Also coming up at The Irish Village is an evening with Phil “The Power” Taylor, who will be hosting a Q&A session at the venue on Thursday January 10.

And there’ll even be the chance to for one skilled darts fan in Dubai to play against him. Qualifiers have been held over the past couple of months for the big event.

There’ll also be an offer of full dinner and six pints of hops for Dhs199 on the night.

And as for the brunch, we’re aiming to sample every cuisine.
Dhs375 (adults), Dhs105 (kids aged four-11). Fri Jan 25, 1pm-4.30pm. The Irish Village, Garhoud (04 239 5000).
