New Japanese-Korean restaurant to open at Bluewaters Dubai

Bluewaters Dubai is set to become a go-to spot for diners, with a heap of restaurants opening up on the island – including The London Project and the soon-to-arrive Alici from the team behind Il Borro.

And now there’s another new arrival to get excited about.

Paru is set to open soon on the rooftop of the brand-new Caesars Resort Bluewaters Dubai. The second hotel on the complex sits next to Caesars Palace Dubai and Cove Beach.

And we can’t wait for the swanky new restaurant to open. It promises “stunning views and a contemporary Japanese menu with a Korean-American twist”.

Paru will have views across to both JBR and the Palm, and no doubt will be a top spot for sundowners. There will also be a live DJ every Wednesday, Thursdays and Fridays.

The resort is also a hop and a skip away from Caesars Palace, which has been open since November 2018 and houses the likes of Gordon Ramsay’s Hell’s Kitchen and Asian restaurant Zhen Wei.

The new resort opened recently, boasting 301 rooms and two pools. The hotel has a more family-friendly vibe than its neighbour and will lead onto a private stretch of beach.

There are five room categories available, starting at a King Room (starting at Dhs956 for one night) and working up to a 162 sq m two bedroom suite.

The resort will also house Venus Pool & Bar, which is an adults-only pool bar with a light menu including flatbreads, burgers, salads and mixed drinks.

There’ll also be Fortuna Pool & Bar with a menu of “classic and modern comfort dishes”, Squeeze Juice Bar serving fresh juices and smoothies, Sandbar & Grill, serving Southern French cuisine, The Piazza lobby lounge offering light meals, patisserie, coffee and tea, Cleo’s

Table offering Mediterranean classics with subtle hints of Arabic flavours.

We can also look forward to the arrival of Bacchanal restaurant, inspired by the venue at Caesars Palace Las Vegas.
